From now on everything you do to your body will affect your baby.There is no need for tests at this stage. In fact you can wait 3 months before going to your GP and you have time to get used to being pregnant. Hopefully, you are putting into practice everything suggested in [my] Wellness Plan and you will be feeling confident in your body’s ability to work effectively. In summary, you need excellent nutrition. This means eating organically grown and unprocessed fresh food, salads and raw foods at every meal for their enzyme content. Eat garlic, onions, eggs, seeds, nuts, green leafy vegetables, bananas and carrots. Wash all fruit and vegetables with water containing a tablespoon of cider vinegar, as this helps to remove some of the toxins on the outside. Eat oily fish at least twice weekly (especially organic salmon, sardines, mackerel and herrings). To season, use fresh herbs and garlic (strengthens the immune system). |
